Can we just take a moment...?
I placed this on the wall today and as I stood back to look at it l had one of those “wow” moments.
A few years ago, ESM Sports Therapy was just sports massage. Since then I’ve continued to learn, qualify and invest in giving my clients more ways to recover, manage pain and improve their wellbeing.
It’s easy to focus on what’s next and keep pushing forwards but sometimes it’s important to stop and appreciate how far you’ve already come.
Thank you to everyone who’s booked an appointment, recommended me, shared my posts or simply cheered me on. You’re all part of this journey, and I can’t wait to see where it goes next. 💛

A day of destress and lots of relaxation. As a fitness instructor it’s so easy to never be on the other side of classes and relaxation. So today I made time for myself and I was lucky enough to spend it with some amazing ladies that not only come to my classes but I’m lucky enough to call my friends 💛 massive thank you to for organising a really lovely day sportstherapygrimsby

A day of two halves! The most gorgeous Yoga and sound bath followed by watching our daughter do what she does best in keelby football tournament! Perfect Sunday 🤩

Yesterday was a reminder that success isn’t just about the result, it’s about the journey.

Our daughter played in her first ever cup final yesterday. It didn’t go their way, but the determination, effort, and passion on display was incredible.
Their mindset, showing up, pushing through, and giving everything…..this is what builds strength, both physically and mentally.
