Mark here—I just had to share a very proud "Grandad moment" from today!

My granddaughter was out for a walk in Louth today when she spotted not one, but two AED (Defibrillator) stations! ⚡

Instead of just walking past, she stopped and was able to tell us all about the equipment and the life-saving information she learned at our First Aid Juniors Club. It was amazing to see her recognize the signs and feel so confident explaining how they work in a real-world setting.
It just goes to show—you are never too young to learn these vital skills! ⛑️✨

We are so passionate about what we do, and seeing the children take that knowledge out into the community is exactly why we started these workshops.
Well done for being so observant! 🏆

🌟 WOW! What an Amazing Day! 🌟

​Mark and Rosie are absolutely beaming after today’s Juniors Responders! We are totally blown away by the incredible group of children who joined us. Their energy, focus, and participation were second to none—it was a joy to teach every single one of them! ⛑️✨

​We covered so much today, and we are incredibly proud of how these junior heroes mastered such vital life skills:
​📞 Calling for Help – Knowing exactly what to do in an emergency.
​❤️ CPR – Learning Adult, Child, and Baby CPR.

​⚡ Using an AED (De-fib) – Gaining the confidence to use life-saving tech.

​🛌 The Recovery Position – Keeping someone safe until help arrives.

​🍏 Choking – Knowing how to act fast to clear an airway.
​...and because the group was so fantastic and worked so efficiently, we even managed to squeeze in a bonus session on using Epipens! 💉🩹

​A Huge Well Done! 🏆

​To all the parents: you should be so proud of your children today. They didn't just learn "skills"—they learned how to save lives.

It was wonderful to meet some more new M**s and Dads. Everyone went away with vital lifesaving skills after a hands on enthusiastic session. If anyone has any questions please get in contact. Enjoy your beautiful babies. Time passes so quickly and in a blink of an eye they will have grown up.

🚨 Big News for Half Term! 🚨

Rosie and Mark are so excited to announce that we’ll be hosting our First Aid Juniors Club this February half term! ⛑️✨

We believe it’s never too early to learn how to be a hero. We’re inviting your little ones to join us for a fun, hands-on session where they’ll learn essential, life-saving skills in a supportive environment.

What will they learn?

We’ll be covering the fundamentals of first aid, including:

📞 Calling for help – Knowing exactly what to do in an emergency.

❤️ CPR Training – Step-by-step techniques for Adults, Children, and Babies.

⚡ Using an AED – Learning how to use a Defibrillator with confidence.

🛌 The Recovery Position – Keeping someone safe until help arrives.

🍏 Choking – Vital techniques to clear an airway.

Give your children the confidence to handle the unexpected while having a blast during their school break.
