💙🏆 Our Very First C.A.R.E. Awards at New Waltham Manor 🏆💙
As we get ready to welcome our very first residents next week, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the incredible people who have helped to make New Waltham Manor a wonderful place to be.
Over the past few months, our team has worked tirelessly to prepare the home, supporting one another every step of the way. The dedication, kindness and teamwork shown has been nothing short of amazing, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single person who has helped turn our beautiful new building into a place our residents will soon call home.
Our quarterly C.A.R.E. Awards recognise colleagues who proudly live our values of being Caring, Accountable, Respectful and Engaged.
A huge congratulations to Susan, one of our Deputy Managers, who was nominated by her colleagues and became the very first winner of a New Waltham Manor C.A.R.E. Award! 🎉
Our wonderful Home Manager, Sophie, also surprised the team with thoughtful thank-you gifts to recognise all of their hard work. But then it was Sophie’s turn to be surprised! Without her knowing, the team had organised a special gift to thank her for her encouragement, support and leadership from day one. It was a lovely reminder of just how special this team already is. 💐
There is something special about New Waltham Manor. The care, compassion and friendships that have already been built before we’ve even welcomed our first residents show exactly what our home is all about.
We can’t wait to open our doors and begin making many happy memories together. 💙
