This World Hepatitis Day, let's break down the barriers standing between us and a hepatitis-free world. 🤝

That means everyone having the knowledge to make informed choices about testing, treatment and vaccination, decision makers stepping up as advocates for affected communities, and putting an end to hepatitis stigma once and for all.. 🙌

📝 How to report a drug safety concern in Lincolnshire

Seen something concerning? Heard about a bad batch? Here's how you can help:

1️⃣ Fill in the LDIS form

Tell them what you've seen - you don't need every detail, and you don't need to be certain.

2️⃣ They assess and share

Lincolnshire's Public Health team reviews your report and shares it with the right agencies to assess risk and respond quickly.

3️⃣ Others stay safer
Your report could help us warn people before more harm happens.

Visit www.lincolnshire.connecttosupport.org/local-drug-information-system for more information or to report a concern

When we think of hangovers, we usually think of the physical effects of alcohol like headaches and feeling rough. However, for many, it’s the racing thoughts, sinking feeling and replaying conversations the next day which can feel the hardest to deal with.

“Hangxiety” is common, but it can feel overwhelming. While there’s no guaranteed way to avoid it, there are some small steps we can take to help reduce the risk of regretting the night before.

This Alcohol Awareness Week, we’re taking a step back and considering the role that alcohol might be playing in our lives. For more information, support and harm reduction advise, visit our website.

We’re lucky to work alongside some brilliant people in the community, but we know there’s still plenty of people out there who aren’t aware of who we are or what we do.

That’s why we headed out into the community this week to chat with people, put their alcohol knowledge to the test and see if they could tell myth from fact!

Need some support, advice or just want to chat? Head to our website.

This year’s Alcohol Awareness Week theme, Alcohol & Me, gives us an opportunity to pause and reflect on the role that alcohol plays in our lives.

It’s not about judgement, labels, or telling people whether they should or shouldn’t drink. It’s simply about checking in with yourself, starting honest conversations and taking any small steps that feel right for you.

We’re starting the week by considering a few self-reflection questions. We all have different relationships with alcohol so there are no right or wrong answers.
