“When I first started at Yoga Guild, I had done some yoga before, but not much with a face to face teacher. Attending George's classes has formed part of my tentative steps towards a new, fitter and more flexible me. Although I was apprehensive at first, over the last few months I've really gained in strength and 'stretch'. George is good at pushing us to be the best version of ourselves and I'm finding I can achieve more than I ever thought possible. Thank you Yoga Guild!”
