We’re now recruiting for September 2026 and January 2027 starts across our Surrey & Hampshire sites.

Our roles are hands-on and based in therapeutic outdoor environments, where animals and nature are part of the learning.

We’re looking for people who:
* Have experience working with children and young people
* Are practical, grounded, and ready to get stuck in
* Are open to therapeutic/alternative education approaches
* Can work in dynamic, sometimes challenging settings

Current roles:
* SEN Teacher
* Learning Support Assistant (all sites)
* Equine Learning Support Assistant (West Horsley and Liss)
* Events, Activities and Community Coordinator

If you’re looking for something different from a traditional setting, this could be a great fit.

Applicants must be comfortable with all animals, happy working outdoors in all weathers, live within an hour, and be highly resilient.
