Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.

At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.

Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.

Holiday mode activated... 🥂☀️

I'm officially on holiday this week, but don't worry, you're not being abandoned! 💕

Our gorgeous group is in the very safe hands of the lovely Suzanne on Wednesday, and I know she'll look after you brilliantly. I'll still be around from afar too, so if you need anything at all, just drop me a message.

This evening has been extra special already because, I feel like this is the first time since becoming a mum, I'm doing one of my favourite holiday rituals again. Fresh out of the shower, sitting on the balcony with my hair drying in the breeze, a drink in one hand and a good book in the other. Bliss! 🥰

Keep making yourselves a priority this week, enjoy the sunshine, and I can't wait to hear all about your successes when I'm back! 🩷

What a truly inspiring day at Cancer Research UK Race for Life 🩷 in

Spending the morning with my amazing Slimming World members, our fantastic team and thousands of incredible people all coming together for one amazing cause was so special.

Cancer has affected, or will affect, so many of us. Today was a reminder that when we come together, every step, every smile and every donation really does make a difference.

I'm so proud of everyone who took part, especially in that heat! 🥵 You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves.

Huge thank you to everyone who supported, donated and cheered us on. Together, we're helping to make a difference. 💕🏃‍♀️

What a truly special evening celebrating our incredible Diamond Target members. 💎🩷

A huge thank you to every one of you who shared your story so openly and honestly. Your words were inspiring, heartfelt and a reminder that while reaching your target weight is an amazing achievement, staying there for a year or more is something really special.

Maintenance isn't always easy, but you've shown that it's absolutely possible with the right support, habits and mindset. You really are an inspiration to everyone in the room.
