‼️🚨𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘🚨‼️

Our Guildford group will be temporarily paused while Izzy is away in Australia.

While we have been able to arrange cover up until now, our other facilitators are either busy running their own groups or taking a very well deserved holiday 🫶🏻

We know the group means a lot to the women who attend, and we are sorry for the disruption. Guildford will return once Izzy is back, and we will share the confirmed return date as soon as possible.

In the meantime, anyone who normally attends Guildford is very welcome at any of our other Grow and Glow groups, with Grow and Glow Woking being the nearest.

We’ve normalised women being the emotional support for everyone around them. It’s time we start asking, “Who’s supporting her?”

Support shouldn’t only be offered when someone is visibly struggling. It should exist in the everyday moments too.

That’s why Grow and Glow Guildford exists.

Every Wednesday evening, women come together at our Guildford group to talk, listen, connect and realise they’re not the only one feeling the way they do.

No referrals.
No waiting lists.
No pressure.

Just women supporting women. 🫶🏻

Reminder

Grow and Glow Guildford is not running this Wednesday due to essential works taking place within the building, meaning we do not have access to our usual room.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding.

We know this bank holiday weekend probably looked very different for everyone.

For some, the sunshine meant BBQs, family time and making memories.
For others, it may have felt lonely, overwhelming or just exhausting trying to hold everything together.

And now it’s half term too, which can bring a whole different kind of pressure.
