There will be 2 outdoor instructed sessions per week and regular home workouts. 🥊 Academy classes back in business 🥊

These after school activities are definitely a must for the younger ones who have an interest in the art of boxing with other like minded individuals and also an excellent way of building up fitness levels 🏃‍♂️🥊🏃‍♀️🥊

The feedback we have had this week has been immense and makes us feel proud to be offering this at our gym 👍

These classes have limited spaces available and are as follows-

6 to 8 years of age-
Tuesday and Wednesday

9 to 11 years of age-
Monday Thursday and Friday

Complete the exercises in the order shown with no rest then take a 2 min rest after and repeat!
