This Saturday 20th at 7pm British time, I am running a short focused session for anyone genuinely curious about the THT course.
I will outline the method itself, so you can see exactly what four months of this work looks like before you commit to anything.
The course begins Sunday the 21st. The founding circle rate is £400 — half the price it will run at in future. This is the last chance to ask questions, see the work, and decide if this is for you.

At an early age, we learn that fear, shame, guilt, and even pride can motivate us into action. So we end up subconsciously holding on to fears just so that we can create movement. We even become dependent on being afraid, in order to get things done. This is why we leave things till the last minute, or wait until the situation screams for action before we move our asses. It is a great practice to motivate ourselves through positive action.

Abandonment is one of our core traumas. It is part of the separation trauma, and often keeps us scared of leaving relationships that are unhealthy and toxic. The irony is that while we fear abandonment we end up abandoning our true needs.
