⚽ Electric Energy, Dancing Feet & Semi-Final Fever ⚽

What an absolutely incredible Move it or Lose it family! session we enjoyed today at Brio Retirement Living Brio Button House 💪✨

The atmosphere was truly electric from the moment the music started, with laughter, smiles, and endless energy filling the room 🎉🧡

With the excitement building ahead of tomorrow's semi-final, our residents were in fantastic spirits and couldn't resist getting out of their chairs for an unforgettable dance-off! 💃🕺⚽ The room was full of cheers, clapping, and plenty of friendly competition as everyone danced their hearts out 😍🙌

A huge thank you to our amazing Fozia, whose enthusiasm and encouragement always bring everyone together and make every session so much fun 🌟🧡

Our wonderful Deputy Manager, Dario, also joined in on the action, bringing even more energy, laughter, and plenty of impressive moves to the dance floor! 🔥👏 Together, Fozia and Dario had everyone smiling, singing along, and making memories that will be talked about for weeks to come 😊🎶

The energy was so high that everyone ended up hot, rosy-cheeked, and working up a real sweat! 🥵💪 To help everyone cool down after all that dancing, we treated our residents to a refreshing ice lolly, which went down an absolute treat in the warm weather! 🍦🧡☀️

Today's session was a perfect reminder that staying active is about so much more than exercise. It's about friendship, confidence, laughter, and creating joyful moments together that make every day special 🤗💛

We can't wait to see what next week's session brings... although today's dance-off will certainly take some beating! 😉🎉

🩷📸 From "No Photos Please!" to Button House Supermodel! 🎂😂🩷

Yesterday, we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our lovely Sylvia on her special day here at Brio Retirement Living Brio Button House and what a wonderful day it was! 🥳🎉

There was, of course, a delicious birthday cake, plenty of laughter, and lots of smiles as everyone came together to make Sylvia's birthday one to remember 🎂💖

Now, here's the funny part... 🤭📸

Meet Sylvia! When she first arrived at Button House, she absolutely hated having her photo taken. In fact, if a camera appeared, Sylvia was usually the first to disappear! 😂🙈

Fast forward to today, and you can barely keep her away from the camera! Now she's always ready with a smile, striking a pose whenever she gets the chance, and we absolutely love seeing her confidence shine through! 💃📷✨

Earlier this week, our wonderful Deputy Manager, Dario, treated the team at Brio Retirement Living Brio Button House to a beautifully cooked meal, creating the perfect opportunity for everyone to come together, relax, and enjoy each other's company🧡🍽️

There was plenty of laughter, conversation, and shared stories around the table as colleagues took time out of their busy day to connect and enjoy some delicious home-cooked food 🥘✨

☀️🏆 Button House Summer Games 🏆☀️

What an absolutely fantastic afternoon we had earlier in the week at Brio Retirement Living Brio Button House as residents came together for an action-packed Outdoor Games Day! 🎉🌳💪

A huge shoutout to our wonderful Health & Wellbeing Manager, Sadie, who organised an afternoon bursting with laughter, energy, and just the right amount of competitive spirit! 🌟👏

From testing our aim at duck shooting 🎯🦆 and showing off our strength with axe throwing 🪓💥, to catching challenges that kept everyone on their toes 🏃‍♂️🙌, there was something for everyone to enjoy. And of course, with football fever in the air, our residents were more than ready for some World Cup-worthy action on the pitch! ⚽🌍🏅

The sun was shining, the smiles were endless, and the determination to win was definitely on display! 😆☀️ There were cheers, celebrations, and plenty of playful competition as everyone gave it their all

And after working up an appetite, what better way to cool down than with a delicious ice cream enjoyed in the sunshine? 🍦😎☀️

While we proudly crowned our champions at the end of the day 👑🏆, the real victory was seeing our amazing community come together. At Button House, we believe that friendship, laughter, support, and making memories are what truly make a winner 🧡🏡

🤤 Sticky Ribs Tuesday Fit for Royalty 🤤

What a treat our residents enjoyed yesterday at Brio Retirement Living Brio Button House as we celebrated another delicious Sticky Ribs Tuesday! 😍🎉

Our talented Chef Harish Suresh and his amazing hospitality team Rishi's in Slate and Grain Brasserie & Bar pulled out all the stops to create a lunch that was truly fit for royalty 👨‍🍳✨ From the moment the plates arrived, there were smiles all around as residents tucked into tender, sticky, finger-licking-good ribs packed with flavour 🍖🤤

And because every royal feast deserves a sweet ending, everyone was treated to a refreshing ice cream dessert the perfect way to round off a wonderful lunchtime experience 🍨

The dining room was filled with great conversation, laughter, and plenty of happy faces 😊🎶
