📢 Important Update for Patients💊💊

We are currently experiencing a technical issue affecting prescription processing. Unfortunately, pharmacies are unable to scan prescriptions at this time, and as a result we have had to temporarily pause the processing of repeat prescription requests while the issue is being investigated and resolved.

This means that repeat prescription requests may take longer than usual to be processed and sent to your nominated pharmacy.

We appreciate that this may cause inconvenience and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to restore the service as quickly as possible.

We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.

From Monday 20 April, we are changing our appointments system by increasing the number of bookable‑in‑advance appointments. This change will give you more opportunity to choose a clinician and appointment time that suits you. As a result, same‑day appointments will be limited and reserved for urgent medical needs.
