🌿✨ The residents at Crookston Care Home have been getting creative and finding moments of calm by designing and building their very own Zen gardens.

They arranged a variety of natural materials and decorations to create their own individual gardens. The activity sparked plenty of conversation, and creativity while providing a mindful and therapeutic experience for everyone involved.

One dose isn’t enough to provide protection. Your second dose must be given at least 28 days after the first dose and then protection develops about two weeks after the second dose. The drop-in sessions are now available.
