I hate letting people down and my role is too important to me to be doing that.

Special instructions.
It is always worth telling your embalmer any special instructions your clients may have. These little details can make the difference.

Shaving requests is a very important one! Whether it's for males or females!
I won't shave unless instructed to! I don't know what facial hair people are supposed to have, so unless you tell me then I will leave whatever is there!
