It’s been a busy week for Men Who Talk! Lewis and I had a fantastic time connecting with the folks at Oasis Saunas Polegate.

After experiencing their fantastic facilities firsthand—from the traditional Finnish and infrared saunas to their refreshing cold plunge pools—we knew this was a partnership our community would love.
​At Men Who Talk, we’re all about real talk, peer support, and finding strength through connection. Oasis Saunas provides a professional, relaxing environment that perfectly aligns with our mission to help men slow down, reset, and prioritize their wellbeing.
​We can't wait to see how this connection helps our community grow stronger together. Big thanks to the Oasis team for the warm welcome!

That's why we're now offering our FREE, confidential 1-to-1 peer support in a way that works for you:

Whether you're in the heart of town or a rural part of Wealden, if you can't get to us, we'll bring the support to you.

Our non-clinical peer support is available for males aged 16-17 and 18+, providing a safe, confidential space to talk without judgement.

Simon spoke with Lewis and Jon, who have set up Men Who Talk Wealden CIC , a charity that provides free, non-judgmental peer support groups for men in East Sussex. Their weekly drop-in sessions offer a safe space for men to connect, share challenges, and find mental health support.

They spoke about the stresses of modern society, and how we have become less sociable, especially post-covid, and how they aim to bring together other charities to help in this area.

They meet at Hailsham Community Centre (Vega Close) on Friday evenings from 6 pm, and will also be adding 1:2:1 support.
