Question..

When a loved one passes away be it in a hospital or at a carehome do we have to wait to register the death before contacting the Funeral Director?

Quick answer..

NO
You can speak to the Funeral Director straight away, we can make an appointment for you to come and see us within days (helpful if you are on compassionate leave) and start the arrangements.
This can be booking a date for the funeral and answering any questions you may have with the planning of the funeral.
