The home provides 66 en-suite rooms across three floors, all furnished to the highest standard. There are a range of lounges and quiet rooms, so that individuals are able to enjoy a varied lifestyle. here is also a purpose built cinema room, on-site hairdressing facilities and a café area. Our aim is to provide the right care, tailored to meet residents’ individual needs and preferences. We want to support residents to maximise their independence.

Gower Gardens enjoyed a special celebration in recognition of Joanne and her time as our Manager. 🥂✨

Residents and the team had a wonderful afternoon together, with fantastic entertainment from the lovely Debbie and a little Prosecco to make the occasion extra special! 🎶🥂

It was a lovely opportunity to celebrate Joanne, share happy memories and recognise all that she has brought to Gower Gardens.

For International Photography Day, we decided to do something a little different… we brought a little AI magic into the mix! 📸✨

We asked our residents and team members to tell us about their dream location, dream job, or someone they’d love to be.

The answers were brilliant! We transformed them into florists, piano players, holidaymakers relaxing in the Maldives, and even a Bollywood movie star! 🌸🎹🏝️🎬

We think the finished photos turned out absolutely fantastic, but the best part was seeing everyone’s reactions. Our residents and team loved seeing their ideas brought to life and had so much fun looking through the finished pictures.

A wonderful way to celebrate International Photography Day, with a little imagination and a helping hand from AI! 💫📷

✨ Cars, Charms & Summer Magic – What an Amazing Day! 🚗☀️✨

Yesterday, we held our Cars, Charms & Summer Magic Car Show, and what a fantastic day it was!

Our residents and visitors had a wonderful time admiring the beautiful vintage cars, having a mooch around the fantastic local craft stalls, and enjoying live entertainment throughout the day. 🎶🛍️🚘

And, of course, no summer event would be complete without finishing the day with a delicious burger or a well-deserved ice cream! 🍔🍦

A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time to help make the day so special. From those who helped organise and run the event, to our exhibitors, crafters, entertainers and everyone who came along to support us – we truly couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

We’re incredibly proud to have enjoyed Cars, Charms & Summer Magic for the fourth year running, and we’re already excited to start planning something extra special for year five! 🎉

The residents had a fantastic time during their Dance with Ruth session!

There was plenty of laughter, smiles, and great music as everyone got moving and enjoyed some gentle exercise in a fun and engaging way.

The props added even more excitement to the session, with some residents getting especially creative and deciding to wear them as masks! It was a wonderful activity that combined exercise, music, and lots of fun, leaving everyone in great spirits

A few of our residents enjoyed a wonderful day out at Webbs Garden Centre, where they had the opportunity to explore the shop and browse the wide range of gifts, homeware, and seasonal displays.

After working up an appetite, everyone sat down together to enjoy a delicious lunch before taking a leisurely stroll through the beautiful flower section, admiring the colourful plants and blooms.

There was also time to capture the memories with a lovely group photo. To round off the trip, we visited the falconry, where residents were amazed by the magnificent birds of prey and exotic birds from around the world.

It was a fantastic day filled with laughter, conversation, and wonderful experiences shared together.
