Auricular Acupuncture and Guided Meditation Events

The month of May has been a busy one, offering 3 Auricular acupuncture and guided meditation evenings.

The evenings offered an insight into what Chinese medicine is, and the benefits, light refreshments and group discussions. Each participant experienced an Auricular acupuncture treatment, whilst relaxing into a guided meditation body scan.

An evening of Chinese Medicine and Guided Meditation

I shall be hosting an evening of Auricular Acupuncture and guided meditation on Wednesday 20th May 2026, 7pm-8.30pm. This evening will focus mainly on general wellbeing and hormone health.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is incredible, and it works! It is a complete medical system developed over thousands of years which focuses on balance, Qi (vital energy) and harmony. Mindfulness meditation can be a wonderful way of finding peace, relieving pain, reducing stress and restoring wellbeing. These are 2 fabulous modalities, that truly complement each other. I’m so looking forward to this evening. Who would like to join us?
