Want to feel more flexible without simply spending longer in a stretch?

Active Range is a dynamic movement class combining active stretching, strength and mobility to help you explore your range of movement with greater control.

Rather than forcing flexibility, we’ll work on building the strength and awareness to move into your range — and own it.

Expect purposeful movement, active stretches and plenty of opportunities to challenge your body in a controlled way.

✨ Move better
✨ Feel stronger
✨ Build flexibility
✨ Develop control through your range

If you want to feel more capable in your body, rather than simply more bendy, this one’s for you.

Active Range — come and move with me.

Please bring a mat all other props are provided. Booking can be done through my website on my homepage. Any questions just pop me a message ❤️

No class on Monday 31st August - Enjoy your bank holiday 😊

Class is on Tuesday 1st Sept in Gosfield.

FEEL THE PAUSE

What happens when you stop rushing from one movement into the next?

This practice invites you to notice the pause — the moment between effort and release, movement and stillness, doing and simply being.

We’ll move with intention, creating space to feel what’s happening in your body rather than moving on autopilot.

A practice to help you:
✨ slow things down without becoming completely still
✨ notice tension and let go of unnecessary effort
✨ find more awareness within your movement
✨ reconnect with your body and your breath
✨ discover the value of the moments in between

Sometimes the pause is where we notice the most.

Feel The Pause.
Move. Notice. Breathe. Pause.

Please bring a mat all other props are provided.

Sometimes less movement asks for more control.

This simple hover is a great way to explore the relationship between the hip, psoas and deep core.

The aim isn’t to lift the leg high or take it backwards. Think of the leg like a little helicopter — lifting up from the hip while keeping the pelvis and spine organised.

From Down Dog, there’s the added challenge of maintaining your whole-body connection. On all fours, you can strip it back and really focus on the hip and pelvic control.

It’s a small movement, but there’s a lot happening underneath. 🤍

Less height. More control.

This week’s yoga class 24th & 25th Aug: Stress the Core

Our core is so much more than “abs”.

This week we’ll explore our centre of strength and confidence — learning to move from a strong, connected centre and allowing that support to travel through the rest of the body.

We’ll look at the relationship between the pelvis, spine and deep core, including the psoas and the muscles that work together to support our centre — the diaphragm, pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles.

Rather than simply bracing or tightening, we’ll explore how to connect, stabilise and move from the centre while still allowing the rest of the body to move freely.

Because a strong core isn’t about holding everything rigid.

It’s about having support, control and connection while you move.

✨ Come and find your centre.

After a long week, sometimes the best thing you can do is stop, slow down and give your body and nervous system some space. 🤍

Join me for 2 hours of Restorative & Somatic Yoga this Friday 21st August.

🌿 Restorative yoga uses supported, comfortable positions held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften without needing to stretch or achieve anything.

🌿 Somatic movement is slower and more exploratory. We use gentle, mindful movements to notice how the body feels, release unnecessary tension and reconnect with movement and sensation.

Together, they create a lovely balance of movement, stillness, awareness and rest.

It’s a chance to step away from the busyness of the week, put down the to-do list and spend some time simply being in your body.

No pushing. No performing. No need to be flexible.

Just two hours to breathe, move gently, rest and reset before heading into the weekend. 🧘‍♀️✨

Friday 21st August | 2 hours | Restorative & Somatic Yoga

Come as you are and leave feeling a little more settled, spacious and connected.
