One thing I’m learning more and more through coaching… people often don’t need more pressure, # need more support, structure and self-compassion 💛

I’ve recently been helping someone who really wanted to get back into the gym and feel better in themselves, but life, family commitments and low-energy days kept getting in the way.

Instead of focusing on “you just need more motivation”, we looked at what was actually realistic:

✨ Time available across the week✨ Smaller manageable blocks instead of all-or-nothing thinking✨ Nutrition and healthier routines✨ Accountability and check-ins✨ Planning for difficult days rather than feeling guilty about them✨ Family support and creating an environment that helps, not hinders

The biggest shift?Taking away the pressure and building a plan around real life.

And guess what… consistency becomes so much easier when people stop feeling like they’re constantly failing.

I absolutely love this side of coaching- helping people create lives and habits that genuinely work for them, not against them 💫
