This Chicken tikka balti from the Slimming World food range is my go-to quick-fix dinner at the moment 😋. There’s succulent chicken, heaps of veggies and just a hint of heat. Yum! The best thing, though, is that I can keep my freezer stocked with these for when I just don’t have the time to cook from scratch ❤️.
