How to set up for your headstand :
- Create a strong, solid base
- Keep the weight through your arms, not your head
- Get the hips over the shoulders (you could stand on something)
- Go for it ❤️‍🔥

Top tip - surround yourself with pillows for confidence and perfect your tuck & roll first 🤭

Ready to take your yoga practice upside down? 🤸 Join our Arm Balance Workshop on 7th June, 12:30–2:30pm.

Learn crow pose, forearm stand, headstand & handstand in a safe, supportive environment - guided by our very own queen of inversions, Ashleigh.

We’ll break down proper warm-ups, technique, and build your confidence step by step.

No experience needed, just come ready to explore and have fun with them.

Spaces are limited to keep class sizes small and give you plenty of room to practice, book early to secure your mat.
