And just like that we say goodbye . .
It’s not the end though, just a new beginning (Reynolds, 2026)

Today the last day of college was a truly emotional one!

These past 2yrs have been filled with brutal truths, deep reflections and stressful essays!

We have all been on an intense journey, riding emotional rollercoasters, and getting to know ourselves at deeper levels! Studying to be a counsellor certainly isn’t the same as studying other academic subjects, that’s for sure!

So thank you from the bottom of my squishy heart, for giving me the space to be vulnerable and express my spicy self!

Onwards and upwards! Who knows what the future holds, but I’m prepped now for just about anything life can through my way!

❣️Therapy Changes Everything❣️

You probably already know that I’ve been studying to be a counsellor for the past couple of years. That’s the reason for my social media absence!

Plus, amongst all the chaos of student life I moved into a new home. My dream home, I have to add, the perfect one that took a few yrs to manifest using all my LOA powers. And . . to add to the mix, I got a chunky, gorgeous, super affectionate rescue cat from Dubai who is my soulmate!

I’m sharing because I want to highlight the positive parts of studying counselling & being in therapy.

Yes it’s been a tough ride at times. I’ve had to face my fears and get comfortable being vulnerable. There have been many tears!

But I’ve learned a lot about myself in the process. I’ve grown as a person, gotten clear about what I actually want AND I’ve let go of those who weren’t in alignment with my values.

❣️Change isn’t easy, but it’s rewarding!

On that note, more change is coming soon to my business as I’m almost qualified. But before I share any details, first check out my new therapy room.

When I moved in it had green carpets, mustard curtains, mahogany cupboards & weird lights.

I hope you like it! This is a space where REAL POWERFUL CHANGE HAPPENS!

Your life isn’t falling apart! It’s breaking open ❣️

A new stage of your life is unfolding! It’s painful, uncomfortable, unsettling and worrying . . .

BUT this shift has potential for extreme growth, even although it feels s**t!

Below are 3 signs to look out for

✨You are drifting away from friendships/relationships that you recognise have a toxic twist. What once might have felt like partners in crime, besties, or other half’s, now feels weird, stagnant and gives you the ick making you feel lonely as hell!

✨ You used to be the life and soul of the party, but now you feel drained in company and you’d rather spend time on your own in nature connecting to your soul & doing the inner work you once avoided.

✨ You are spending more time reflecting and questioning the TRUTH. Examining your beliefs and the beliefs of those around you. The goals you had originally set no longer excite you and you feel a physical, emotional & mental shift within you.

YOU ARE NOT FALLING APART, YOU ARE AWAKENING!

Awakening to the potential of growth, possibilities, and future opportunities.

You are lining yourself up spiritually to attract what is truly meant for you.

This journey, coming home to your authentic self is not easy. Some around you won’t like it, change isn’t easy, growth isn’t simple, and the process will test your patience to the limit!

But hang on in there, don’t give up, because the rewards will be worth it ❣️You were born for more, made not to join the herd, and designed to challenge your core ❣️

With all the dramaramma coming to light around the wellness industry, grounding is essential to ensure you don’t get sucked into the negativity. Mother Nature is the BEST healing medicine in the world! Unfortunately there is heaps of drama going around right now! Don’t you think? It kinda puts me off coming online 😢

The sad truth is, none of it surprises me! When you know, you know . .

I have seen STUFF in the luxury spa industry that would leave you open mouthed and shocked beyond belief.

For some folk . . . Extreme WEALTH = POWER = ego battles = ABUSE

Sadly there are those who abuse their power and use it to take advantage of vulnerable individuals

I’ve seen it, experienced it and the worst thing . .

The innocents involved were gaslit, threatened and blocked from speaking their truth, whilst being made out to be crazy trouble makers!

So finally the world is wakening up, people are being called out and hopefully, we pray those who are guilty this abuse of power will be made accountable for their actions!

However, still we see soooooo many people who are scared to speak out. The consequences of having an opinion are too risky, and their own fame and careers more important than justice!

Come on wellness legends, surely you can do better than this!

Clear your conscience and do the right thing! We are waiting!

In the meantime, we’ll protect our peace, stay grounded & remain patient. The truth always finds a way 💜

Be patient & give the fire time to build! Your moment is coming! & when it does, you’ll be prepared, ready to hold onto the reins, you’ll be grounded & grateful ❣️🔥🐎

❓Are you ready ❓As the last few hrs of the shedding of the snake prepares to end, I’ve experienced sadness!

Sadness for all the loss, so much loss these past few yrs, plus fear has crept in alongside uncertainty to lure me into a victim pity party . .

However, as I focus on grounding & deeply reflect on what I have gained, I drag myself back out of the trenches and remind myself . .

✨ my hard work has purpose, meaning and an end goal that excites me!
✨ uncertainty isn’t my enemy, it’s a reminder that I’ve had the courage to leave the comfort zone!
✨ a special kind of beauty exists whilst expressing vulnerability and sitting in pain feeling ALL parts of self. This is the authentic empowerment! The mask has dropped during the shedding process!
✨trusting in the process & connecting to my higher self is magical
✨ sadness is ok, tears are ok, and cleansing my soul of what no longer alights me is freeing and liberating

The best 6 lessons of 2025
It was a tough year filled with many valuable lessons. Here are 6 of my most memorable ❤️

1. Grief hits like small punches in inappropriate moments when you least expect it!

2. Mastering academic essay writing won’t make me the skilled counsellor I aspire to be, but it ticks the boxes required to gain the necessary qualification in order to legally and ethnically help others.

3. When I followed all the steps of manifestation & finally let go of the desired outcome, that’s when the universe eventually responded. When I wasn’t prepared or remotely ready!

4. Returning back to the basics, stripping myself bare of material luxuries, while witnessing the poverty of others, highlighted the injustice of the world, the unfairness of a broken system & clarified . . NO, we are NOT all born equal! Some, sadly are born in a total s**t show, & some annoyingly are handed everything on a plate! This lesson was a bitter pill to swallow!

5. The brutal toxicity of white saviourism & how it hinders sustainable growth, even if intentions are pure. Prior to Africa my ignorance was bliss!

6. Connection . . . Just as important as food, shelter and water! Without connection, life is pointless

Finally, my turn to say . . Happy New Year ❣️
I welcomed the arrival of 2026 focused and fresh by playing my gong into the new year at Natasha’s fabulous Hogmanay retreat in Glasgow.

I drank cacao, began a vision board, screamed and released old trauma from my physical body through a powerful Conscious Connected Breathwork session, and I danced with beautiful souls.

It’s been 7 yrs since I last drank alcohol on Hogmanay, and I’m so grateful I made that choice!

Prior to retreat I was a little worried, and freaking out about how the hell I was going to handle the pressures of juggling college life with placements, whilst running my business.

Now I’m excited, can see a bright future ahead of me, and I feel genuinely ready to take on this challenge with all the stamina of the mighty HORSE! I’m already at the start line, ready to gallop! Well . . from tomorrow onwards as it’s the first day back at college & first week of placement.

2025 was an epic year! A lot of highs and a lot of lows. I won’t share my lows, because I’ve already released the trauma they created. But, it was also the year I smashed my biggest goals yet, including buying my dream home, making it to Africa, and getting my fur baby Archie.

I’m deeply grateful to all of you who have stuck by me through these stressful times, as well as celebrated with me through the good times. To all my good friends, loyal clients & college buddies, THANK YOU ❤️ May the year of the horse bring us all much abundance, love and peace🙏🏼x

With all my heart and soul, Merry Christmas ❤️
I know I’ve not been as active on this little platform as I probably should be, due to my counselling studies. So I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for your patience, loyalty and support! It means a lot!
Next year is going to be WILD!
Until then I’m going to rest as much as I can before the madness of placements begins.
I’ll still be around, just not as much, but I’ll do my very best to ensure you still have a space for therapy.

Ok so the plan has changed slightly! Moving house hasn’t gone according to plan! I was super excited about decorating over Christmas, and getting the house in order before the madness of my counselling placements starting in January. BUT . . it turns out the house needs rewired, which totally sucks! This means decorating is now on hold until the work is complete and I have more time.
Kinda sucks, but the GOOD NEWS FOR YOU IS, I WILL BE OPEN MORE HRS OVER CHRISTMAS ❣️
