What if this September, you chose yourself? ❤️

After such a beautiful weekend of Summer Radiance retreats, my thoughts are already turning to our September retreat in the south of France.

A week of Seasonal Yoga, Qigong, nourishing food, peaceful walks, deep rest and wonderful company, all surrounded by vineyards and the Pyrenees.

It’s never really just about the yoga.

It’s about remembering what it feels like to breathe deeply, laugh freely and reconnect with yourself.

Many women come on their own and leave with lasting friendships.

If something in this speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you. ❤️

A few places remain for September, so do send me a message if you’d like to know more. 🙏

☀️ Open. Shine. Celebrate. 💗

Today is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, and International Day of Yoga.

A reminder that balance isn’t something we achieve once and hold onto forever. It changes from day to day, season to season.

Some days we feel steady. Some days we wobble.

Both belong in the practice.

Perhaps the wobble is also a reminder not to take life too seriously.

To smile through the uncertain moments.

To find joy in the imperfections.

And to savour the light we find along the way.

Because yoga isn’t really about perfect poses.

It’s about showing up, breathing deeply, and being present to each moment.

Allowing life to move through us with a little more ease.

And on this longest day of the year, taking time to celebrate the light, both around us and within us.

Happy Summer Solstice. 💗

Well... this was unexpected! 😄

I arrived to teach class and discovered my name on the wall.

Not quite sure I’ve earned “AWESOME” status yet, but I’ll happily take it! 🙏🏽

Jokes aside, teaching these classes and watching this community grow has been one of the greatest joys of my work.

Thank you to everyone who rolls out a mat, tries something new, shares a laugh and keeps showing up for themselves week after week. Together we’ve created a space where people can feel safe enough to explore, grow and reconnect with themselves. You make these classes what they are. ❤️

If you’d like to join our growing community for Seasonal Yoga, Qigong, mini retreats around Hampshire, Surrey or Sussex, or hear about retreats in France, do get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.

Happy Sunday everyone. 🌿

There comes a time when the body asks for something softer.

A slower pace.
A deeper breath.
A chance to reconnect with yourself again.

This September, I’ll be teaching on a beautiful retreat in the south of France alongside the wonderful Sue Woodd, founder of the Seasonal Yoga Training School.

Surrounded by vineyards and mountains, we’ll explore seasonal yoga, Qigong, nourishing food, deep rest, laughter, and meaningful connection with wonderful women walking through similar seasons of life.

These retreats become so much more than just time away.

Something shifts when we give ourselves space to slow down.

Friendships are formed.
The nervous system softens.
And somewhere along the way, you begin to return to yourself again ❤️

Many women come alone and leave with meaningful friendships that continue long after the retreat ends.

A few spaces are still available for September.

Message me if it speaks to you 🙏💗

Today’s class was dedicated to the bees. 🐝

We practiced humming bee breath (Bhramari) in our women’s health yoga class - a calming breath that helps quieten mental chatter and reconnect us back to rhythm, vibration and nature.

A room full of humming women may sound unusual… but it felt grounding, calming, ancient and strangely beautiful.

In Seasonal Yoga & Qigong, we gently move away from constantly living in the mind and back towards synchronising with the natural world around us.

Less overthinking.
More listening.
More connection.

Happy World Bee Day 🐝 💛

Moving slowly.
Breathing deeply.
Listening to the birds.
Letting spring do what spring does best 🌸

Barefoot on the grass, practising rolling the ball beneath the magnolia blossoms - a gentle Qigong movement to awaken energy, soften the body and reconnect with nature’s rhythm.
