We are proud sponsors of the Old Harlow Bowls Club Rose Bowl Competition and we sent Tom, from our Old Harlow Mastersons funeral home, along to see how it went... it looks as if everyone had a great time!

Player Danny White was the winner of the Spider competition, and he was presented with a bottle of Champagne - well done Danny 🍾

The winning team was, from left to right, Fred Mitson, Richard Haley, Don Fox & Eddie Smith, they all look very pleased with their performance!

Eva Louise enjoyed the opportunity to try out our ice cream bike!

Last weekend was filled with lots of community activity for our Old Harlow team...

Friday - Tom, Nick & Wayne took 3 limousines to Harlow Fields to take their 6th form leavers to their prom – it is always a real delight to have the opportunity to support these young people on such a special evening.

Saturday - Tom was trying to keep cool at Harlow Fields Summer Fair with a Guess How Many Balloons 🎈🎈🎈 in the Limousine competition.

Sunday - Tom attended the Hatfield Heath Festival running another charity fundraising competition, it was a fantastic event and another very hot ☀️ day!

Taking time to say goodbye is more important than we may at first realise. This little video clip highlights the need to think carefully before choosing the way ahead following a bereavement.
If you want to say goodbye to your loved one right here in the local community, please think twice before you choose an online direct cremation company with no funeral homes, no Chapel, no Service and no opportunity to say farewell.

Recently, Derek and Tom attended the St Mary’s Coffee Morning raising funds for St Clare Hospice. We donated a beautiful victoria sponge. This week, Tom met with Nancy from St Clare’s at the Church to hand over the monies received.

St Mary’s, which is located in Churchgate Street, Old Harlow, CM17 0JT, hold a Coffee and Chat Morning every Tuesday 10:00 – 12:00, everyone is welcome, meet friends, make new ones, or take a break during a local walk. Free refreshments, (donations to charity).
