Ladies, this is so important. If you bleed after s*x or inbetween your periods, or have a bleed once your periods have stopped for a year with the menopause, go get checked. Please don’t be embarrassed or put off. Chances are it’s nothing too sinister but if it were cancer, then the quicker it’s dealt with the better. Doctors look at many different vulvas and vaginas on a daily basis. To them it’s not unusual..

Hi everyone and thank you for your patience with regards to massage appointments...
Although the government has given the go ahead for massage to resume, the guidance is wooley and i am not prepared to put myself or my clients in jeopardy by rushing back on Monday.

I am attending a couple of zoom meetings this week to clarify some points and then im hoping to be offering treatments by the end of the week if not beginning of next.

Some issues include being not allowed to massage the neck region. But is face down ok or is it just if you're face up? or at all?

I don't know.

Hence my reluctance to offer appointments.

I am also seriously considering reducing the treatment times because using ppe (mask and visor) generates a lot of heat and its easy to become dehydrated - we arent allowed to drink during treatments.

So there is lots to Consider and i know that you will understand.

Be patient and watch this space!

I had to wear my face shield today to treat a high needs patient.
It was weird
It was very hot underneath it .
I immediately wanted to touch my face. (i didnt)
But I can assure you that I was smiling beneath the mask
I am happy to be working!
