Venue visit day!

Today I met up with one of my wonderful couples to visit their new wedding venue after an unexpected change of plans when their original venue changed ownership.

What a beautiful day to explore the space, chat through the ceremony set-up, and start imagining how everything will come together. The venue looked stunning in the sunshine, and I can already picture how amazing it will be once it’s filled with flowers, décor, family, friends, and plenty of love.

Sometimes a change of venue can feel stressful, but this one feels like it was meant to be. The excitement is definitely building!

Just 6 weeks to go until I have the honour of leading their ceremony, and I honestly can’t wait to help them celebrate such a special moment. ❤️

There are moments in my role as a celebrant that stay with me long after the day is done.

Over the past 18 months, I’ve had the profound privilege of supporting one family through three very different services. Each one unique, each one deeply personal, and each one a reminder of the trust placed in me at life’s most significant moments.

To be invited back by the family is something I never take lightly. It speaks of connection and of walking alongside people through both love and loss.

Holding space for a family over time like this is both humbling and an honour.

I had the pleasure of attending a Seniors Fair today connecting with many lovely local people and businesses.

It was such an uplifting morning having a range of conversations about my celebrant services and the importance of talking about funeral wishes. These aren’t always easy topics, but they are so important. It was good to hear how many people are ready to plan ahead and ensure their stories are told in a truly personal way.

I’m always here to listen, guide, and help create ceremonies that reflect a life lived with love, individuality, and meaning.
