✨ The face and soul behind Soul Haven ✨

This is the first time I have shared my face and a little of my story on my Soul Haven page… and it feels incredibly significant to do so now.

As we reach Soul Haven’s first anniversary — and what would also have been my beautiful mum’s 70th birthday — I felt called to step forward and allow you to meet the woman behind this soulful business.

Looking back at everything Soul Haven has achieved in such a short space of time has been deeply emotional. Every sold-out retreat, every sacred gathering and every soul I have had the privilege of supporting has been part of this journey.

To every person who has attended, supported, encouraged or walked alongside me — thank you. I feel incredibly blessed to have met so many beautiful souls and profoundly grateful for all that Soul Haven has become.

Tomorrow, as we celebrate our first year and honour what would have been Mum’s 70th birthday, I will also be gifting Soul Haven a beautiful new website — marking a new chapter and the beginning of so much more.

Please subscribe and continue walking beside me, because there are some truly exciting things on the horizon.

But more than anything, the power behind this post lies in the share.

Please share my story. If it reaches just one person whose heart has been broken wide open, I hope it reminds them that they can find their way through. That even from the deepest grief, something beautiful and meaningful can be born.
