Keep up with your spinal hygiene exercises, try and do them 5 times today for a smoothly moving spine.

Enjoy an Orange and Turmeric smoothie to give your immune system a boost and help fight inflammation!
Ingredients: 1 banana, fresh/frozen
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
100g frozen mango
150ml orange juice
Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
