Today is a very special day at Aston Manor as we celebrate Mary returning home to her husband and family after spending the last two months with us following a lengthy stay in hospital. It's a milestone we're incredibly proud to be part of. 🧡
When Mary first arrived at Aston Manor, she had spent months in hospital and had been told she was unlikely to walk again. Together with Mary, her family and our rehabilitation partners at Therapies on Thames- Rehabilitation matters for elderly, we focused not on what she couldn't do, but on what might still be possible.
Through determination, specialist rehabilitation and the unwavering support of everyone around her, Mary has made incredible progress. From taking her first steps with a frame to regaining her confidence and independence, every milestone has been worth celebrating.
Today, Mary leaves Aston Manor to continue the next chapter of her journey at home with her loved ones. We couldn't be prouder of everything she has achieved and feel incredibly privileged to have been part of her story.
