We know we’ve been a little slower than usual in responding to messages but we have a plan.

Our lovely Katie will soon be joining us to answer your messages and enquiries. She’s the queen of all things aesthetics and will be here to offer friendly, knowledgeable support throughout your patient journey.

We’ve also been busy with training and education. The approach to treating lines and wrinkles is continuing to evolve, supported by impressive evidence, new technology and ongoing clinical development.

We’re excited to continue expanding our knowledge and bringing innovation into the clinic always with safe, considered patient care at the heart of everything we do.

✨ PIGMENTATION: NOT ALL BROWN MARKS ARE THE SAME

Did you know that pigmentation isn’t one single condition?

Brown marks on the skin can have many different causes, including sun damage, solar lentigines (age/sun spots), freckles, post-inflammatory pigmentation and melasma.

🔎 This is why assessment comes before laser treatment.

Different types of pigmentation respond differently to treatment, and some pigmented lesions should not be treated cosmetically until they have been appropriately assessed.

At SR Integrated Health & Wellness Clinic, we look at the type, pattern, history and appearance of pigmentation before deciding whether laser or another treatment is suitable.

✨ A LITTLE SR UPDATE… ✨

Guys, this is just a tiny snippet of what we’ve been up to at SR Integrated Health & Wellness Clinic this week! 🤍

Behind the scenes, it has been non-stop meetings, new procedures, exciting new brand partnerships, training, finalising legal requirements, planning, and developing and implementing our clinical protocols and SOPs as we continue preparing for our CQC application.

And today has been another busy one! A full morning of anti-wrinkle treatments and consultations, followed by writing up five completely personalised treatment plans for our lovely clients individually designed around their concerns, goals and budgets.

There is SO much happening at SR that you don’t always see on social media. From meetings and planning to developing new services, building partnerships and getting everything clinically and professionally ready behind the scenes — we genuinely cannot wait to show you what’s coming! 👀✨

But for now… laptop CLOSED! 😂

Time to switch off and enjoy date night with the hubby. 🥂🤍

✨ Pigmentation Treatment Progress ✨

Just look at that fresh skin coming through! 🤍

This is the healing process following our YAG laser pigmentation treatment. The pigmentation was treated following a patch test, darkened and crusted as expected, and has now started to naturally shed — revealing fresh new skin underneath.

The circled area shows where the treated pigmentation has already lifted away. The remaining areas are still progressing through the healing process.

YAG laser can be used to target suitable areas of unwanted pigmentation, including sun spots and age-related pigmentation, following a full consultation and assessment.

Meet Our Team 🤍

Working within the NHS and privately, up and down the country, I’ve been lucky enough to work with and meet some incredible clinicians, practitioners and trainers over the years.

When I created SR Integrated Health & Wellness Clinic, the vision was always bigger than simply offering lots of services. I wanted to build an ethical, multidisciplinary clinic made up of people I genuinely trust — professionals who are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about what they do and, most importantly, care deeply about the people they look after.

And looking at the team we already have coming together for opening, I’m incredibly proud of what we’re building.

Between us, we bring experience across advanced nursing practice, women’s health, mental health, medical aesthetics, advanced skin and laser treatments, hair and scalp health, wellbeing, and professional education and training.

We also have some amazing trainers joining us, helping SR become a place not only for excellent patient and client care, but also for learning, development and raising standards within our industries.

Our aim is not to be the biggest clinic.

It is to be known for high standards, ethical practice, evidence-based care, exceptional practitioners and a patient and client journey that feels personal from the very first contact.

We want to bring together the best parts of healthcare, aesthetics, wellbeing and education under one roof, while continuing to learn from one another, invest in our knowledge and technology, and keep raising the bar.

And this is only the beginning. 🤍

Concerned about a skin tag, milia, wart, red spot, age spot or another skin lesion?

At SR Integrated Health & Wellness Clinic, we offer a clinically led service for the assessment and treatment of suitable benign skin lesions using CryoPen® and Diathermy.

Depending on clinical assessment and suitability, we can treat:

• Seborrhoeic keratoses
• Solar lentigines / sun & age spots
• Common warts
• Verrucae
• Molluscum contagiosum
• Other suitable benign skin lesions

🔍 MOLE & LESION ASSESSMENT

We also offer Map My Mole, providing specialist mole imaging and dermatology reporting for suitable lesions.

If a lesion appears suspicious, changing or unsuitable for cosmetic treatment, we also have a referral pathway for further medical assessment.

This means every patient is assessed first, and treatment is only carried out where clinically appropriate.
