29% of men have been to therapy, compared to 41% of women, according to our Public Perceptions Survey.

Of those who've had therapy, 73% of men and 73% of women say it was helpful.

Good afternoon another rainy day 🤣😀

Good morning, folks.
Well, it's a new day and it's a rainy day. The weather at the moment is so changeable and sometimes we can be like that. So changeable One day we feel fine the next day We feel miserable. Life can be so up and down, situations can throw us into despair or cause us to feel great joy, and of course all the feelings in between.
Take a breath and remember who you are. You are unique. A one off there is no one like you. You are accepted and precious . So love and accept yourself with all your flaws( we all have them just different ones and some similar ones) embrace who you are and if you find that difficult at this moment in time ...find someone who you can talk to . A person who will listen and not judge. Be that a friend , a family member or a counselor.
I hope you have the best day you can in whatever circumstances you are going through

Good morning folks it’s pretty cold out there -3 …We still have snow here in Rossendale I hope everyone’s okay just to say hi and check in to let everyone know that if you are struggling talk to somebody …. talk to a friend Or talk to somebody close to you or find a counsellor don’t struggle alone.
