If you are attending our Fairlight Road site today, please allow extra time for your journey and parking due to road works. Fairlight Road is currently closed, and parking may be more difficult than usual.

Pathology Laboratory Outage 24.06.2026
Unfortunately our local Pathology labs (at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust) have had a total computer system failure.
They have informed us they cannot process routine tests until further notice. Existing samples may not be tested or results severely delayed.
All samples are affected. Please DO NOT contact the surgery about this. We will keep you updated.
If you have a blood test booked you will be contacted directly.

Dear Patients,

Due to short staffing today, the reception desk and dispensary at our Fairlight Road site will be closed during lunch. In addition, the dispensary will close early at 4:00pm today.

Dear Patient,

The Surgery is now closed this afternoon for important staff training. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will be open as usual tomorrow morning, but if you require anything urgent that cannot wait until we reopen, please call 03333059907. This line should only be used for medical situations that are urgent, but do not require Hospital attendance.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please hang up and dial 999 or attend A&E.

However, if you have a routine request such as booking an appointment, please call us back tomorrow during our normal working hours and our team will be happy to assist you.

Remember, you can always visit our website for prescriptions and other queries.

We are currently experiencing IT issues, which means we have lost internet and network access. This is impacting our ability to use clinical systems, emails etc
