Using Falaise gym I offer an exercise prescription written to your specific needs and requirements inclusive of warm up, rehab and regular updates where and when needed.
Personalised exercise prescription £30.
3 x 30-minute treatments usually £90. Now £75 if bought as one package
3 x 60-minute treatments usually £150. Now £120 if bought as one package

My loyalty scheme: Every 6th session is 50% reduction in cost.
