Your words matter. Your voice matters.
Being kind to others is important, and being kind to yourself is just as important. But kindness should never come at the cost of losing yourself or allowing yourself to be wounded because of a lack of boundaries.
You can be compassionate without sacrificing your wellbeing. You can be understanding without accepting disrespect.
Be kind, but do not lose yourself. Protect your peace, honour your values, and remember that healthy boundaries are an act of self-respect.
Your voice deserves to be heard too. 💛
