I have been working in the therapy world all my adult life but these times see folk more lost than ever as we don't know where to turn for stability and truth. Sue Beaney-Edwards MA, UKCP reg, MBACP - has many years experience of moving her clients forward from relationship breakdown, work problems, bereavement, and depression, and enabling them to find new meaning in their lives.

I AM GOING NO CONTACT
Devastating words followed by total silence. All media blocked; no possibility of dialogue to try to understand; shock, rage, disbelief; rejection, abandonment, fear; disempowerment and heartache.

If you have suffered from this increasingly suggested means our children are using to protect their mental health it can be very hard to process and live with. I will be starting a group for parents in this position in May, and also offer one to one therapy to explore hopeful ways of living with the grief and loss of this effective death.
