Join Tam this Friday, 31st July for a sacred Full Moon gathering ✨

Every Full Moon, Tam holds a nurturing space for the community to come together in reflection, release, and renewal.

Guiding each gathering with intention, Tam supports participants in letting go of the past, releasing stuck energy, and surrendering what no longer serves them. Through this practice, space is created for greater peace, equanimity, and alignment with their deepest desires.

Zoe Haschke currently has one space available in each of these semi-private Studio Pilates sessions:

🗓️ Wednesday 3:00–4:00pm
🗓️ Friday 3:00–4:00pm

If you've been thinking about giving equipment-based Pilates a try, this is a great opportunity to experience a small, supportive class using the Reformer and other specialist Pilates equipment.

£35 per session.
