I am a professional Massage Therapist working from home in Hastings, East Sussex. I initially trained with the College of Classical Massage in Brighton where I gained an ITEC Diploma in Body Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. I have also trained at Brighton Holistics and taken many courses with the Pranic Healing Institute. I am trained in various techniques, and can offer treatments from
relaxation to a deeper massage to ease tension and knots. I also offer Pranic Healing ,this is a form of energy healing and can be used for general well being and to treat specific ailments. This is a non touch therapy and you remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.
At your first session I will complete a consultation form with you, this will include your medical history and any current issues you may have relative to receiving a treatment. All of the products I use are Vegan, Cruelty Free and good for your skin.
