We had a brilliant BBQ party at Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home , and there was an extra reason to celebrate as we marked our Home Manager Nichol’s birthday too! 🎉

Our wonderful residents enjoyed the sunshine in the garden with their friends and families, while tucking into some delicious BBQ food and enjoying a good selection of drinks. There was plenty of chatting and catching up, with DJ NJ providing the music for another fantastic afternoon 🎶🌞

Happy birthday, Nichol, and thank you to everyone who joined us to make it such a lovely celebration! 💜

Last Friday at Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home , we celebrated National Relaxation Day with a lovely day of sunshine, pampering and a little time for ourselves 🌞

Our wonderful residents enjoyed some time in the garden before joining Matthew for a calming chair Tai Chi session. There was also plenty of pampering, with nail care, face masks and visits to our beauty salon 🧘‍♂️💅

It was a lovely way to spend the day, with everyone enjoying some well deserved relaxation and a bit of self care💜

It’s been a busy week of keeping active here at Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home 💜

Our residents enjoyed a fun chair aerobics session with Sarah, followed by a more relaxing session of chair tai chi with Matthew. It was lovely seeing everyone getting involved, moving to their own pace and enjoying the sessions together 🪑✨

A great way to spend some time together, with a little exercise and plenty of good spirits along the way 😊

What a fantastic afternoon we had at Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home with the wonderful Da vid bringing music, singing and dancing to our home 🎶💜

Our residents loved joining in with the performance, enjoying familiar songs, a few dance moves and plenty of happy moments along the way. Music has a wonderful way of bringing people together, creating memories and lifting everyone’s spirits 😊

A big thank you to David, HCPA and Music24 for helping us continue to use music as a meaningful part of life at our home. We can’t wait for the next one 🎤💜

We made the most of the sunshine at Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home as we celebrated the International Day of Friendship together in our lovely garden ☀️💜

With ice creams and ice lollies in hand, our wonderful residents and team enjoyed a relaxed afternoon filled with chats, laughter and getting to know each other even better. It was a lovely reminder that some of the best moments are the simplest ones, especially when they're shared with good company 🍦😊

July saw us celebrating a few of our favourite dates in the calendar, alongside all the everyday moments that make each month special 💜

We marked World Chocolate Day with a few well deserved treats, celebrated National Ice Cream Day with everyone's favourite flavours, and during , we took the opportunity to recognise our wonderful teams who make such a difference every day 🍦🍫

Alongside the celebrations, there were all the little moments that make each month what it is, catching up with friends, enjoying favourite activities and making the most of the summer days.

It was a sweet celebration at Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home for National Ice Cream Day 🍦💜

Our wonderful residents enjoyed choosing from a lovely selection of ice cream flavours and toppings as our ice cream cart made its way around the home. There were plenty of smiles, happy conversations, and of course, lots of delicious treats!

To add a creative twist, residents also enjoyed colouring and painting their own ice cream pictures, making it a lovely day of fun, creativity, and sweet memories 🎨💜

We had a wonderful time celebrating Julia's 89th birthday at Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home ! 🎉💜

With a beautiful birthday cake and plenty of smiles, it was a lovely occasion to mark such a special milestone. Julia has such a positive outlook and loves sharing her story with others. It has been a pleasure to see how far she has come, and we couldn't be happier to celebrate this special day with her. 🎂
