☀️ A little tip for the sunny weather 🌞
As many of you are out enjoying (or working in!) the sunshine, here's a little reminder about sunburn and massage therapy.
If you've got sunburn, it's best to let your skin heal before having treatment on the affected area. Sports massage increases blood flow and creates friction through the tissues, which can make already irritated skin even more uncomfortable.
If you have an appointment booked and you're unsure—even if it's just a small area of mild sunburn—pop me a message I'm more than happy to advise and find the best solution for you.
