We’re excited to share that our new branch surgery, Hatfield Rise, is now open. πŸ“πŸ₯³

From May 5th, patients can now be seen at:
4 Summit Road,
Hatfield,
AL10 8FP, alongside our existing surgery, Wrafton House.

Appointments will be allocated across both locations, and you will be advised which site to attend when booking.

This additional space allows us to better support our community, while continuing to provide high quality care.

Our services and team will remain the same.

From 1st April 2026, the car park will be strictly for staff and Blue Badge holders only.

Why is this changing?

The decision has been made due to:
Ongoing damage to staff vehicles.
Access to the surgery being blocked, including for urgent and emergency use.

These changes are necessary to ensure the safety of patients, staff and emergency services.

πŸ“Έ Parking enforcement

* The car park is monitored 24 hours a day.
* Vehicles may enter for short drop-off only.
* Any vehicle staying longer than 10 minutes will automatically receive a fine.

Please note:

* The car park is managed by an external parking company.
* The practice cannot cancel or overturn fines.
* Any appeals must be made directly to the parking company.

♿️ Blue Badge Holders.

* Parking is permitted for Valid Blue Badge holders only.
* Vehicles must be registered at reception upon arrival.

πŸš™ Alternative parking options.

If you are visiting the practice, please use nearby parking:

* A multi story car park (3 minute walk) with up to 3 hours free parking.
* Off road parking within walking distance.
* Asda car park nearby.

Patient can still be dropped off at the front of the surgery, but vehicles must not remain on site for longer than 10 minutes.

We encourage patients who are able, to walk to the surgery, helping to keep spaces available for those who need them most.
