📣 PLEASE SHARE FAR & WIDE 📣

Well… it wouldn’t be a typical August Bank Holiday weekend without the Great British weather doing what it does best… RAIN! 🌧️😂

And with Victorious Festival, the Isle of Wight Scooter Rally, Notting Hill Carnival and the list goes on, there’s certainly plenty happening!

But this weekend also marks the start of our Slimming World Autumn Promotion 🍂✨ and I’m so glad I decided to get a little head start earlier this week.

I’m incredibly proud to say that I have personally delivered 2,500 leaflets already! 🙌🥳

Only 3,500 to go! 😱😂

Normally, I wouldn’t let anything get in my way — and certainly not a bit of rain! 🌧️💪 — but with a family birthday to celebrate today, I’m going to give myself a little rest and get back out there in the morning.

BUT… in the meantime, I have a little favour to ask… ❤️

Could you please SHARE this virtual leaflet far and wide with your friends, family, neighbours, work colleagues and anyone you think might be ready to make a positive change this autumn?

🚲💗 THE SLIMMING WORLD BIKE IS BACK OUT AND ABOUT IN HAVANT! 💗🚲

Can you guess where I’ve been? 👀🚲📍

It honestly makes me SO happy to have the bike back out and about — and today has already given me the loveliest reminder of why I do what I do. 🥰

Even before I’d put the bike in position, I bumped into one of my members who had stopped coming for one reason or another because, well… life had simply got in the way. ❤️

And the BEST news? They’re coming back this Saturday! 🎉

Then I received another lovely message from another member who had also stopped coming and has unfortunately regained the weight they had previously lost. But they’re coming back in October after their holiday — and I honestly couldn’t be happier to welcome them back. 🥰👏

Please remember this… I will NEVER give up on you. ❤️

So if you’ve stopped coming for whatever reason, if life got busy, things became difficult, or you’ve regained some of the weight you lost — please don’t give up on yourself.

Maybe this is your sign to come back. ✨

There is no judgement, no shame and no “you’ve been away too long.” Just a warm welcome, a fresh start and someone in your corner ready to support you every step of the way. ❤️

Did you know that the NHS funds a 12-week referral scheme to Slimming World for people who meet the eligibility criteria? 💗

The criteria are based on your BMI, and the great news is that you don’t necessarily need to make an appointment with your doctor to get started. You can complete the referral online and find out if you’re eligible. 🙌

There’s something lovely about feeling good about yourself — and when you lose weight, your confidence can grow, you often feel happier in yourself and, quite simply, you want to smile more! 😁✨

And this one is especially close to home for me because Magnolia Dentist is actually my own dentist, so I can genuinely say that I would highly recommend them! 🦷❤️

🚲 333 LEAFLETS DELIVERED! 🎉

Not only did I have the Slimming World bike out and about today, I was also out delivering leaflets! 📬

I had just 2 hours, so I worked out a route, made a plan and set myself a goal of delivering 333 leaflets…

And guess what? Yep — I delivered 333! 🙌🎯

I often say in group:

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

But when you put a plan in place, stay focused and take action, you really can achieve that goal! 💪❤️
