•Avoid heavy cotton: It traps moisture next to the skin, which increases friction and the risk of blisters.
•Seamless toes: Reduce abrasive rubbing and irritation around sensitive toes, corns, or bunions.

•Avoid tight cuffs: Socks that dig into your ankles or leave deep indentations can restrict blood circulation.
