🎉 Birthday celebrations and the end of another fantastic week at Stride Podiatry & Foot Care Clinic! 🥂🦶

What a way to finish my second week in the clinic! I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their foot care, pain, worries and wellbeing. It’s been a privilege meeting you all, and I can’t wait to welcome everyone who’s booked in over the coming weeks.

This week has included everything from posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, peroneal-related foot drop, Achilles pain and hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos syndrome to ingrowing toenails, verrucae, corns, calluses and nail conditions. One of the things I love most about podiatry is the variety!

I truly believe every patient deserves to be listened to. The best outcomes come from taking the time to understand the whole picture, carrying out a thorough assessment, explaining everything clearly and working together to find the best solution. Whatever concerns you about your feet or ankles, it matters to me too.

I’m incredibly excited about the future of Stride Clinic and feel so lucky to be part of the community where I live and work.

Now… birthday celebrated and week complete… surely a foot spa and a G&T is the perfect Friday night? 🍸😂 Definitely an over-40s idea of a wild evening!

Today was Stride Clinic’s first full day of seeing patients… and what a day it’s been! 💙👣

After many months of planning, renovating, learning, investing (and more than a few sleepless nights!), it was so rewarding to finally spend a full day doing what I love most – helping people.

Opening Stride Clinic has been a huge leap of faith, but seeing patients walk through the door today made every late night and every challenge worthwhile.

I’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way – my family, friends, former colleagues, local businesses and everyone who’s liked, shared and recommended the clinic. Your encouragement has meant more than you know.

Stride Clinic combines over 25 years of podiatry experience with the latest technology to provide expert assessment and treatment for everything from routine foot care to complex foot and ankle pain, biomechanics, gait analysis and custom 3D-printed orthotics.

I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead and look forward to welcoming many more of you over the coming weeks and months.
