I’d like take a moment to thank everyone over the past 9 years who have supported Wednesday evenings yoga class.
As a group we have supported, cared for & celebrated each other throughout the years.
From celebrating marriages, becoming mothers, fathers, grandparents, new jobs, your children’s achievements, to covid times, zoom, deaths, divorces, new relationships, going travelling, passing driving tests, off to university & everything in between.

You all coming to class & supporting me & my business has me humbled, grateful & truly honoured that through the years you have chosen me to be your teacher.

Something that concerns me for the future particularly as children are introduced to screens younger & younger, the issues surrounding chronic back problems often lead to increased mental health concerns, mental health & gut health often hold hands 😭 absolute nightmare 😟
