Look for this sign or the letters MAR/AOR when picking your reflexologist! This means they have gone through rigorous training, have carried out at least 100 treatments before qualifying and adhere to a strict code of conduct.

It was so important for me when I decided to train that I completed a diploma that was recognised by Association of Reflexologists - it gave me the confidence and skills to give you all the best possible experience!

At the moment I'm having to reschedule all but my earliest morning treatments due to the heatwave. I'll give you all as much notice as possible but do also let me know if you would prefer to reschedule.

How is everyone coping in this heat? 🥵 I've managed to swap a few appointments around so you're not melting on the couch 😅 the treatment room has a fan, and there'll be cool compresses on the feet if you'd prefer.

Just a heads up I'll only be open on limited Saturdays in August so do make sure you get your appointments in!
