My service user and I highly recommend a visit now they are open 7 days a week.

Lunch, companionship and a spot of cleaning together, whilst bopping to the Beatles.

Cleaning can be a practical form of mild exercise, helps improve mobility and strengthen core muscles,helping my service user maintain independent living environment. Also doing jobs together helps create connections and fosters trust.
