My hair is always tied up and out of the way. For hygiene and practically reasons.

Short Nails
My nails will always be short and varnish free. For hygiene purpose, as well as your comfort.

Face Mask
I will always wear a face mask when providing Facial Treatments. For hygiene, and simply so you don’t feel me breathing on your face.

Falling Asleep

Rest assured, falling asleep during your treatment is incredibly normal and a very common response.

This is actually taken as a huge compliment.
It means you feel comfortable enough to let your nervous system shift. Turning off your ‘Fight or Flight’ and turn on your ‘Rest and Repair’.
A deep state of relaxation.

Snoring and twitching happens all the time. Please don’t be embarrassed. This always makes me smile. You can’t get much more relaxed than falling asleep!

Passionate about wellbeing and making self care a priority. Understanding that life can take its toll, and that we all need a quiet escape from time to time.

Appreciating that everyone is beautifully different and so tailoring treatments to each individual’s needs.

Helping to create balance, your treatment is also a time to reflect on how you incorporate self care into day to day life.

-I started The Relax Room over 5 years ago, and I’m immensely proud that’s its become everything I dreamed of and more! A space created for people to escape the stresses of day to day life. A spa like environment, focusing on small details to provide total tranquility.

More about me-
I went straight from college to work at Coniston Spa. Where I gained knowledge and experience from working in the spa environment.
I absolutely love my job and find it incredibly rewarding.
I feel so lucky and proud to be self employed. I highly value having a good work life balance.
I’m a huge dog person, I’m sister to two cockapoos called Sausage and Mash.
I’m constantly listening to some form of music. I prefer music over the TV always.
I’m a massive nature lover, with a treasured house plant collection. I’m keen to get into growing fruit and veggies.

It’s The Relax Room’s 5th Birthday!

I thought it maybe time for a little revamp, what are your thoughts of the new logo?

I can’t quite believe it’s already been five years of The Relax Room. I truly can’t thank everyone who has visited me for a treatment enough. Your continued support is everything and more. It means the absolute world to be able to do the job I love. I feel so blessed and so lucky.
