Action day today ….sometimes you just have to crack on early while the energy is high !!

So as I have many clients visiting me every week it’s important to keep my outside space looking as fresh and tidy as my inside space .

So ta da…….🎉 all completed !

❤️Self care Friday ❤️….. this is a new thing for me …..

I decided a couple of months ago that I would reduce my days to four and have Friday as my self care day . In reality it doesn’t always work out ha ha fitting clients in and catching up with mountains of admin but I am appreciative of today as it’s felt like I really have been kind to myself .

We all live in a very over stimulating rushed world and taking some time for yourself can sometimes feel indulgent especially when the bills are stacking up and the pressures are hitting but I can honestly say since I have made this choice life has seemed much more balanced and I feel so much better in myself . I am able to focus more , drive the business forward , support my team and actually really enjoy what I do .

So just a little Friday reminder that you are all doing enough and giving yourself something back should very much be a priority .

So my self care Friday consisted of a chilled breakfast in bed ….a coffee and a cuddle with Oreo … a lovely chat with Nikki and getting my hair done all afternoon ( hence the pic 💁‍♀️) then one last thing I’m going out for dinner with my daughter . Honestly my perfect kinda Friday . Anddddd then it’s the weekend . Feeling very very content and lucky 🍀 today .

Hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend .

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for keeping us all super busy over the summer . It’s really felt like the salon has been buzzing with laughter and fun .
Nikki has being welcomed by you all and she is busy already which is fantastic .
