Once we had finished the safari in Botswana we took a light bush plane to the border and made our way by road to Livingstone in Zambia for the final part of the adventure.
We stayed at the beautiful Waterfront Hotel.
I can’t tell you the bliss of sleeping in this bed and standing under a hot running shower felt after a week camping in the Bush 😋
Sunset cruise on the Zambezi River with a full moon shining bright was so beautiful and special 🤍

Wild Animal Communication Retreat ~ Botswana, Africa 🦁
Camps were in Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park and were set up and run by a terrific camp crew.
They’d always greet us after a morning and evening Game Drive with a lineup and sing us into camp which I loved! 🎶
A hot towel was always there waiting to wipe away the dust and sweat and a campfire was always burning to keep us warm in the cold mornings and nights 🔥
Going to sleep listening to the roar of the lions, whooping hyenas, the jackal calls, grunting hippos and croaking frogs made it feel real for sure! 😉

Botswana Wild Animal Communication Retreat ~ I absolutely loved floating peacefully through the reeds and lily pads in the Mokoro on the Okavango Delta, watching the birds, insects, hippos and elephants.
My guide made me a necklace from a water lily flower & stem which was very touching. The following days were spent in Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park, immersed in the wildness and nature ❤️

I’m just back from an incredible Wild Animal Communication Retreat in beautiful Botswana and Zambia, Africa.
We were a small intimate group of a dozen from around the world, from Europe, the USA and Australia; meeting for a unique and immersive experience in the heart of Africa.
Sharing the Safari with like minded souls and being with the wild animals in their natural habitat was deeply special.
And us camping allowed for a deeper connection with nature!
There were so many heart openings and profound moments, tuning in with the wild animals, the land, insects, plants and trees …
However there was a united and important message from all it seemed, and this was for humanity to WAKE UP!
That collectively we have become so disconnected with Mother Earth and the consequences of our actions.
We are in critical times and we must change our behaviour and consider the importance of nature and the elements before it’s too late.
It’s been such a memorable and life changing adventure and I’m so grateful for this gift and the beautiful new friends made ❤️

I’m excited to announce that Alchemy healing therapies is ready to welcome you to experience a beautiful sound healing treatment in the peaceful sanctuary of the loft room 🪷🎶
This is a dedicated space where you can deeply relax and feel safe and let your senses be enveloped with the healing sounds and frequencies of the instruments.
It’s ideal for those that would like to enjoy a 1:1 sound healing treatment, or smaller more cosy groups of 2 or 3 where you can share the sound experience with a friend or loved one.

Graduation Day ~ Spring Equinox 2026 🌷
So apt as we all spring forward now into a new cycle 💫
I started this journey with one beautiful group and finished with another equally special group of amazing souls 💖
But with one wonderful teacher, Karen Banyon, who led us all through the most profound transformations and growth 🦋
Through setbacks and adversity I kept going, and I’m glad I did! 🙌🏻
I’m so delighted to now say that I’m an Internationally Accredited Sound Healing Practitioner from the amazing training school.
I can’t wait to see where this path leads me now … 🌱✨
